A running log of what we've built as Twigs comes together.

June 2026

  1. When in doubt, it stays out.

Browser privacy now errs on the safe side. If Twigs can't be sure a page is yours to keep up with, it leaves it alone.

  2. See what it did, in plain English.

Every run ends with a plain recap of what happened, not a wall of technical steps.

  3. A gentler first run.

The first time you open Twigs, it introduces itself, learns your name, then gets out of the way.

  4. Twigs lives in the notch.

Everything moved to the top of your screen. It grows out of the camera, and never floats in your way.

  5. It checks before it says done.

Twigs now verifies its own work. Done means done, not yet means not yet, and if it can't be sure it tells you.

  6. A voice you can talk over.

Hold a key and talk. It talks back, and you can cut in mid-sentence without waiting for it to finish.

  7. It remembers you.

Twigs keeps up with what you're working on from one day to the next. All of it stays on your Mac.

  8. Voice is hold-to-talk.

Hold the keys, talk, let go. No wake word, and nothing listening in the background.

May 2026

  1. Twigs can act now.

Ask it to do the thing, not just answer it. It works across your apps, one ask end to end.

  2. Works where you work.

Notion, Linear, Slack, and GitHub. File the ticket, send the message, open the issue, without leaving what you're on.
